I received word that the theatre department wants to use Sarah's image for the actual poster for the play, and they want to use Alex's image for the post cards to promote the play! Congratulations ladies! So now, there are a couple more things:
Alex: they need to know if you want to handle the information (time, date, place, etc.) on the post card or if you want them to do it. I think if you end up having them do it, you'll need to provide me with a digital file without the "placement type" you have now. The title should be okay. Also, your image needs to conform to 4x6 size to fit the post cards they will use.
Sarah: make sure your image conforms to 11x17 to fit the poster and reads "The Comedy of Errors" in the title.
Again, congratulations to you both and "great work" to all the other students. The theatre department was very pleased with everyone's work, as am I. Even if your piece didn't end up being the chosen poster, I hope you learned a lot and ended up with a portfolio piece out of this assignment.
